Lychees History

Literature reveals that lychee trees were brought to the Mexican State of Sinaloa 100 years ago from Florida, and in 1988 were established in the Northern part of the State of Oaxaca, in the municipality of Tuxtepec, located 450 kms. from México City and 200 kms. from the port of Veracruz.
